A diversity of the UK’s best festivals from heavyweights to newbies have smashed through to the final shortlists in this year’s public-voted categories of the UK Festival Awards. Voted by festival lovers and industry experts, the winners will be announced at the 10 Year Anniversary of the UK Festival Awards at London’s Roundhouse on Monday 2nd December.

James Drury, UK Festival Awards MD comments: We’ve seen one of the most vibrant seasons in 2013, line-ups have featured a huge number of must-see and incredible new acts. Alongside that talent legends like Rolling Stones and mega-stars like Eminem returned to the stage. Again we’ve beaten the record of votes cast with 575,000 received this year and we can’t wait to reveal the favourites of the festival-going public
